Repairs
We only service BERNINA sewing machines at this time.
For BERNINA machine servicing, please bring the following accessories:
Foot control and power cord
A foot that can do the widest stitch your machine can make. With a BERNINA, it would be #1 or #1C foot. If you are having a problem with the buttonhole, bring the #3A foot, and BERNINA stitch regulator. (If you have one and there is a problem. If your machine is not working at all, bring these, we probably need to recalibrate everything.)
Regular (5mm or 9mm) stitch plate - NO STRAIGHT STITCH PLATES. Your machine will not be looked at until you bring the correct stitch plate.

ALL MACHINES WILL HAVE A MINIMUM DIAGNOSTIC FEE.
At check-in, please make sure to tell us of any problems that you may be having with your machine. A sample of the issue may be helpful in diagnosing the issue.
Service Warranty for 30 days after pick-up.
Any machine not picked up for over 120 days without prior arrangements will be disposed of appropriately.
